Additionally, we offer treatments, diagnostics and surgeries for illnesses and injuries. We ensure our staff are up to date with the latest treatment options available in veterinary medicine and speak ‘plain English’ to ensure that our clients understand our solutions and treatments.

Our services are not always the cheapest around. For good reason! You see, we WON’T cut corners or offer inferior health products and we will only recommend appropriate treatments. Please keep in mind we will always be sensitive to your circumstances.

 

In return, we ask only a few small things, that you:

 

Keep your pet up to date with routine health care

We will send you reminders when your pet is due for vaccinations, health checks etc. Please remember to schedule a time to visit as these are critical to your pet’s ongoing health and wellness. Regular health checks are the best way to monitor your pet’s ongoing health and to identify any problems as early as possible.

 

Try to be on time for your appointments

Appointments make our day run smoothly. As I’m sure you will be aware we have many patients to care for and accommodate throughout the day. We would hate to disappoint a client by not having a Vet available for a ‘walk in’ or belated consult. However, we understand if there are extenuating circumstances which delay you so please call and let us know.

 

We request that you make your payments promptly

We love animals, hence why we work in the Veterinary industry. Caring for pets is our calling which is why we are passionate about our work. We don’t simply do it for a pay cheque at the end of the week. However, please remember we have our own pets to care for and feed and therefore we need you to settle accounts promptly so we can provide for their needs.

 

If your expectations have not been met, please inform us

Your opinion and feedback is very important. If for any reason we have not met your expectations please don’t hesitate to tell us. Without your feedback we may not be aware of a current issue to make amends. We appreciate the feedback!
