Hi I’m Sam!
I have lived in Griffith all my life. Growing up I had a large array of pets on our farm. From Rabbits, Guineapigs, Chooks and Parrots to Cats, Dogs and Horses. I even bread Alpacas as pets/heard guards! I developed a great passion for animals early on. Currently I have a Staffy called Hunter, a Toy Poodle called Monte, a Ragdoll cross called Panther, a few chooks and ducks and a Galah called Aussie.
I started my career as a vet nurse in 2011 through a school based traineeship as part of my HSC. I was working casual shifts here with Mark for a few years until I completed my training. I then moved on to be a fulltime groomer for about 3 years.
I returned to the Griffith Veterinary Hospital at the beginning of 2018 at their new practice in Donaldson Street. I am now back working my true passion- Vet Nursing, as well as grooming! My favourite part of working here is pampering all your beloved pets with a nice Spa treatment and then seeing the loving and excited reactions when I hand them back to their families!
