Hi, I'm Shonell,
I graduated from my Veterinary Nursing degree in 2013 in Perth, WA.
My first five years as a nurse were spent in a 24-hour emergency clinic, where I gained invaluable experience in fast-paced, critical care. Wanting to step away from night shift work and build stronger relationships with clients and their pets, I then moved into a Head Nurse role at a general practice hospital.
After spending 10 years in Perth, I decided it was time to return to my hometown of Griffith and reconnect with family and friends.
I packed up my car and made the four-day journey across to NSW with my French Bulldog, Thea. Staying true to my passion for animal advocacy and care, I found the perfect opportunity with Griffith Veterinary Hospital.
These days outside of work, I spend my days off enjoying time with my two boys Elio and Joey and of course Thea!
